Worst mistake of my life

This place is bad, real bad.
You ready'
-parking lot has structure posts literally on the parking stripes for some of the spots...cars scrape against them all the time.
-walls and ceilings are paper-thin. I can hear people above me using the toilet, talking on the phone, listening to music, etc.
-the maintenance is completely inadequate. They hire high school kids at $8 an hour, put a "maintenance engineer" tag on them, and let them occasionally respond to complaints. They know how to do nothing more than you know how to do. I went without air condition for 2 months in July and August because they simply did nothing. They refuse to pay to fix anything. Just recently my toilet clogged. I called maintenance, and a week later they showed up. Of course, by that time, my toilet had overflowed with feces and urine from all 4 apartments above me. When the plumber came out to fix everything, he told me that the Saulet told him not to talk to me and that he "had to find something in the toilet so that (the Saulet) could blame it on me." Truly unbelievable. Ruined everything in the apartment, and had to hire an attorney because they refused to pay for anything. The outcome is pending.
-There is dog crap everywhere, it was built where the projects formerly stood, and the office staff is trained to ignore every complaint they receive. Greystar, the owner, should have suit brought against them.
-oh, and the construction - the balconies have caution tape all over them because they are collapsing, the security gate stays open all night long, allowing anyone to enter. This place is comical...it isn't worth $200 a month, and I am not joking. 4 months till I am out, and it feels like a prison sentence.
