Not worth the overpriced rent

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 

First apartment flooded around windows during tropical storm.

Management didn't fix for 6 mos.

When the mold came through the walls, they had to move us to a different unit.

We chose an upstairs unit because the noise in the previous unit was unbearable.

We could hear every peep from our upstairs neighbor, a bartender who was up all night.

There are no elevators, so the move up the the 4th floor was a hassle.

We had to contract with a special moving company that specializes in the Saulet.

We were very glad to leave when our lease was up.
