Too pricey for its condition From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   When I first moved in the place was wonderful, but by the time I moved out in May 2005 (just 2 years later) it was literally falling down. And it was built in 2000!! Obviously they did a HORRIBLE job. We weren't allowed to use the balcony because it was falling down. There was a rat infestation in one of the buildings. I could hear everything my neighbors did which included vacuuming at 3 in the morning more than a few times. The gate was constantly breaking so it was always open, so much for safety. The location was great. Their idea of reviving this part of town was well-meaning, but I see this complex becoming another housing project if they don't do something really soon.
