I lived at the Saulet for a little over a year.

My apartment constantly leaked every time it rained.

The water would seap into the apartment through the french doors, all the windows, and even the electrical outlets.

Three times I called to have this repaired, and each time the maintenance man came in and repainted.

There was never an attempt to fix the problem.

Then on Christmas Eve, my apartment was broken into and robbed.

This had happened to 11 other apartments without any notification to the other tenants.

Turns out that one resident had given her gate key to her boyfriend, and he came into the complex and broke down doors in order to rob the apartments.

The management of the Saulet never apologized.

I ended up paying $2,000 in fees to break the lease and get the heck out there.

I don't recommend this place to anybody.

i used your written compliment as a resource in my essay for school and i noticed that seap should be written as seep which means leak ... thank you so much ... and i wish u never get into an apartment like this again.
