No Return in Sight From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/10/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   I really didn't think the Saulet was so bad while I lived there. I liked the residents and the apartment was decent (though a little overpriced). I was friends with a number of people that worked in the office and there seemed to be a theme in their complaints that Greystar had no interest in serving their tenants outside of collecting rent checks. This seems to especially be the case with Greystar's recent action after the storm. I spoke with someone who works there and they said Greystar is awaiting the outcome of a lawsuit against the contractors who built the complex. This may take years though Greystar has not alerted the residents to this fact. I for one have been living with friends since the complex closed, assuming that it would reopen any day...I guess it's time to start looking around.
