DO NOT move here!!! I had the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE in my tenant life renting from the Saulet!!!!!! The memory that sticks in my mind while I was living here was walking out of my apartment for work and stepping on a live rat right outside my front door!!!!! Oh and the roaches "inside" my apartment were plentiful too...Oh and you could hear my neighbors getting frisky in their bedroom every single night (the walls are very thin!!!)...hmmmm what else'!!....i could be here for days telling you of all the things I truly hated at this place!!!...the water heaters are tiny....you will get cold showers fast!!!....I could never walk out on my balconey b/c I was told it was not safe!!!! (structural problems)....The neighborhood is scary as hell at night!!!!!....there were plenty of days when the security doors (at the parking lot) were just stationed open. I HAVE A LOT MORE COMPLAINTS I HAVE ABOUT THIS PLACE!!!! This is just "a few" of them. If you must rent from this place, God Bless you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't say you weren't warned!!!!

Sounds just like any other place in NO. I lived there for over two years and so did my boyfriend. Neither of us had roaches, maybe you should have cleaned your apartment more. Walls thin it is apartment living get over it!
