Rats everywhere! You can count seeing them throughout the day...or possibly even in your apartment. When management is confronted, their answer is "Just go to Wal Mart and buy some bait and traps. Completely disgusting!!!

Do NOT fall for their marketing tactics of portraying the Saulet as a gated complex or gated parking. They've put one section out of the parking garage for 2 weeks making residents park on the street. For those unfamiliar with the area it's not safe to leave your car on the street at night. Car alarms are constantly going off...especially on Annunciation and Race Streets.

They constantly leave notices on your door stating they will be conducting inspections in your apartment. I counted 3 or 4 in the past month. A few of the residents that I'm aware of had termites in their apartment.

For residents moving into the area or looking for a secure, clean and nice place to live I would warn you about this place and their false marketing to woo people in. I can't wait for my lease to expire and I know that my neighbors feel the same.

I'm pretty sure the good comments are left by manager or employees. Cause I haven't met anyone at Saulet who is happy or wants to stay.

I agree!!!! This place could be everything it touts to be if the management and staff actually did something. They are only concerned with filling a vacant property by December so they all get a free trip from Greystar Properties, their management company.

Everyone has always been so nice to me, the property isn't perfect but I really like the staff.

Totally off the subject but have you seen the girls that work there!?? They can treat me however they want especially Arianne! She is smoken hot!

I agree with the rat problems. Unfortunately while we lived in the Saulet we saw one scurry across our kitchen floor!!! We did report to management and they had someone come out to set traps. Though we did not find anymore in our particular apartment we would see them in the hallways and around the pool area. It really grossed us out considering we were supposedly living in luxury apartments.
