By far the worst New Orleans has to offer

Take heed to the other ratings.

They are not exaggerations.

The property, if properly managed, could be excellent.

Maintenance, management and the staff are courteous only until you sign the lease.

After that you can be rest assured there will be nothing nice about the place.

The amenities are not as promoted.

The pool in the back part of the property is rarely clean and is typically green.

I have been listening to the wonderful beeping of a piece of heavy equipment for the last 9 hours STRAIGHT as they repaint the onsite parking garage they tout and we can't use after they ticket people for parking in the parking lot.

Managements suggestion during this time is to park on the street' or in the other garages but since our remotes to the "gated" community only work on the gates to our garage.

After speaking to management their only response is Im sorry.

Not you pay an arm and a leg for living here let me see what I can do for you.

You will be sadly disappointed here.

If you even attempt to contact someone you are either dismissed or lied to.

I am going to try everything in my power to get out of this place and I highly remcommend running far far far away lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

Your remote allows you access to the entire community.

I disagree, sounds like you had an INDIVIDUAL bad experience and are simply ranting. I like the place and staff has always been courteous and receptive towards me. I think the saddest part about all of these reviews are that most of the people that post are people that feel they have been individually wronged by the Saulet staff and everyone who is happy and satisfied with the place doesn't waste their time ranting about it. Of course there are some problems here, but no more than any other apartment building in NO. Furthermore, most of the staff that you so dread actually live at the Saulet. Now do you think they would do that if it was such a wretched place? See the place for yourself before taking advice from idiots that had to endure the hardships of "listening to the wonderful beeping of a piece of heavy equipment for the last 9 hours STRAIGHT"...we are in a city and it is called construction! Get over yourself.

HA HA HA I agree, so many people are so quick to complain but not enough of us take the time to compliment a job well done. I've been here since they re-opened in June 07 and the office staff has bent over backwards to please me and seems to do that with all who come in. I've sent several friends over to live here and they don't have any complains either. Cindy (up satirs) and Jessica (down stairs) are kinda my go to girls. They always have the answers to my questions and get back to me fast if I need anything. Thats true about the construction, but it's music to my ears. New Orleans is on it's way back and that is a sound I welcome. The parking was a little crazy for about 2 weeks but I just went across the street TO THE STILL GATED COMMUNITY THAT MY REMOTE STILL WORKED ON and parked there. To me they just keep improving and I'll continue to stay here.

Although I have had some issues with management during my stay with the Saulet, I do think this review is a bit biased (But what review isn't?). Although I find this complex overpriced and poorly managed, it is not the worst in New Orleans.

Staff are writting the good reviews about this place. I lived there as well, you're right, everyone I've talked to that lives there treats the lease like a prison sentense. Staff gets on here and right the good reviews about it.
