We have been here since January 2008. This is outstanding place when you look at the big picture. Outstanding security with constant patrols and New Orleans PD. When New Orleans Police officers move in that should say something in itself. Nice friendly staff with amenities like computer lab, gym, hot tub, pool and elevated parking. No place is perfect but this place is 1.2 miles from Downtown New Orleans. I own timeshare condos and this place is like permanent time share condo.

You can walk 2 blocks and take the trolley anywhere. I don't work here and try to be objective. I was concerned with possible flooding issues if another Hurricane Katrina category 3 hurricane hit. This place only received minor damage storm damage during hurricane Katrina. Many of colleagues drive in Slidell or Kenner spending thousands of dollars a year on gas. They are moving here since this is a great place to live. So when you look at the big picture think of security, convenience, amenities and ever rising gas prices. I am 5 minutes from work when some of my colleagues spend 2 hour to 2.5 hours a day driving way to work.

LIES!! The Saulet closed most buildings and kicked its tenants out after Katrina because it was so poorly built. Also why does it say "I don't work here" then say "I am 5 minutes from work". This is either a delusional tenant or someone on the Saulet's staff.

I totally think that I've made the best choice by living here. Compared to all of the other places in the area, The Saulet is way better. My apartment makes me feel like I live in the French Quarter b/c of the big balcony I have right outside my bedroom. Plus there's always really hot guys by the pool! lol

I think the person said "I don't work there so I try to be objective". I did hear they didn't open back up right away after Katrina eventhough they didn't flood but who knows what other damage they had. I don't really care either. I'm happy, been here for about 6 months and the only problems I had are with mail delivery, WHAT A MESS! Jessica is real helpful in the office if you need anything...so is everyone else come to think of it. I would reccomed it to my friends...not just for the referral fee either ;0)

I agree... definitely Saulet staff posing as residents... anyone who rates this place a 5 is either crazy or doesn't know what quality is.
