Will steal your deposit

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
Back in September 2008 I was informed by the Saulet apartments that my application was not approved due to one small glitch on my credit report.
I never received my 200.00 deposit which according to the lease and the management staff would be refunded in full if my application was not accepted.
I have tried calling the local office in New Orleans at least 30 times to find out where my deposit is and have been told numerous lies by the rude staff.
I have contacted the Better Business Bureau of New orleans and will proceed with legal action.
Please be aware of the fact they will not take credit cards for payment on apartment deposits so you better make sure you have nothing showing up on your credit report or they will steal your money.
