AFTER READING SOME OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THE SAULET I AM RATHER PERPLEXED AS I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 1 YEAR PLUS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH MAINTENANCE NOR ]]THE STAFF INFACT QUITE THE OPPOSITE. THE STAFF HAVE BEEN POLITE AND HAVE HELPED ME HANG MIRRORS OR BROUGHT BOXES UPSTAIRS THAT DELIVERY COMPANIES WOULD NOT BRING TO THE DOOR. THE GARDENS ARE WELL KEPT. I HAVE NEVER SEEN A RAT HERE AND CERTAINLY NOT IN MY APARTMENT. I LOVE THAT THE APARTMENTS ARE LIGHT AND HAVE LARGE BALCONIES, MY APARTMENT HAS SURROUND SOUND AND A BEAUTIFUL GARDEN TUB, I LOVE MY APARTMENT AND FEEL QUITE COMFORTABLE IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD.

I agree! I've been here for just over a year now. I love it I renewed for another year. The amenaties are great here, they have everything. I get so mad when I see these ugly reviews. It must be people that were kicked out or couldn't get approved. I don't know, my friends love it when they come here too. Not sure what the complaints are about, I'm verrry happy!
