Some friends and I applied for an apartment here.

They took our application fees, and we were approved.

Our apartment was to be ready on the 1st.

We arrived on the 30th, and they told us it would be two more weeks.

I have talked to others whom have had this same issue for MONTHS at the Saulet.

They took our application fee KNOWING they did not have an apartment for us.

DIRTY BUSINESS.

Nope! I was approved. Moved across the country with the belief that I had an apartment, and learned two days before I got hear that it would be "two more weeks" before the apartment was ready. I had heard from others that they were having the same trouble with the Saulet. One couple I met had been waiting three months, hearing "two weeks - two weeks" the whole way.... I'm a graduate student at Tulane University with a good rental history. I have my life and finances in order. I would have little trouble qualifying for an apartment anywhere. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE - they'll rip you off.
