I lived in Shadowbrook Apartments, for 2 years. The first 2 weeks was okay, then after that it turned into a waterpark. The ceiling in the pantry started leaking, then mildew formed, it took 2 months for someone to come out and repair it. The air conditioner leaked, the hot water ran out, when my neighbor upstairs ran her dishwasher, i had a rainshower, the toilet overflowed, I can go on and on about the water problems, here. The gates never worked! One night couldn't use our card, b ecause it wasn't working and I had to walk ALL the way to the back, with my 3 year old daughter in the dark! Oh, and did I mention that they found a dead woman in our parking lot in December' The tenants are rough looking, if I didn't know any better, I would have thought they were leasing to section 8! I complained about my neighbors from 12/2003 to Present, and he's still here, playing his music loud . And Shadowbrook has the weirdest, dangerous looking bugs! What you see outside, is not the same as what's inside, the fountains never run, their filled with debris. My lease is up next month and I can't wait to leave.
