This Place Sucks! From: DaddysGirl21 Date posted: 5/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   This so called gated community's gates never work since two months after I moved in! The office staff is extremely rude, they treat the people like they're nothing. It's never clean, and the ponds are filthy. Anything within 20 ft of a dumpster might as well be a freakin landfill! The maintenence staff is extremely weird. The ofie staff seems to change every two months.The parking sucks b/c part of the parking lot is blcked off b/c of a ground leak that has been a problem for over six months. For some reason they send a landscaping company out regularly, but it still looks a mess when they are done.
