The Georgian Apartments

Nice apartments, management sucks From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/15/2001 Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2000   This is an older building in the lower Garden District of New Orleans. The apartments are nice, mostly small studios, a few 1 and 2 bedroom units but there is a waiting list for those. Maintenance is generally prompt and the entire property is nice, clean and well-kept. It is in a very convenient location. They have secure gated parking for an extra $50 per month, but there is a waiting list for this also. Downside: Management SUCKS. The place is operated by a company that seems to have a hard time keeping managers for the building, and the most recent addition is horrible - very unpleasant to deal with, often rude and acts like she doesn't have time to be bothered with tenants' concerns. At the rates they charge for such small apartments, one would think they could afford a manager who is able to treat tenants with a smidge of decency!
