The staff is extremely rude. They were not helpful at all in light of Katrina. I was in Chicago during the following months and they had told me that my check for the rent had not been received. I sent them four different checks and they said that they didn't receive any of them. I then faxed them a payment. Then as it turns out they had all four checks and they cashed all of them in addition to the fax at the same time. It was absolutely rediculous! They have made no efforts to correct this supposed "error".
