Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
I lived in the Willows for 1 year and could not wait until my lease was up. Now that it is up, I am having a problem getting my deposit back. Vangie, the property manager has even been doging my phone calls and not returning my messages. I would not recommend ANYONE living here. It has also changed into "project" living. They let anyone move back there.
