Great Warehouse District location, but is it worth it' From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I've been disappointed so far while living at The Woodward Apartments. For the high price, I expected a clean apartment (move-in condition) with some sort of maintenance responsiveness. PRO'S: quiet, security at the entry way, gated, location within city, excellent view of city on the roof, pool area, friendly property manager, parking is plentiful (off-street and on-street), parking garage an option (for $130 extra/month) CONS: pricey rent, maintenance responsiveness (impossible to get them for repairs), move-in condition (discovered mold inside at multiple locations & disgusting AC filter), interior of the apartment and complex is nothing special, off-street parking costs $100-$130 extra per month
