This place is in pretty bad shape. It is nice that it has security, friendly management, nice views, and is quiet, but the list of problems is quite long. The pool is out of service indefinitely due to structural problems, the hallways smell like bad air freshener, the hallway carpet is dingy, the stairways are dirty, and the apartments are full of mold. The uninsulated windows build up condensation in the winter, which adds to the mold problem. The entire exposed brick wall in my apartment was mold ridden and the whole apartment was so full of mold that the my personal belongings carried the mold too. My clothes all reeked of mold. In addition, the bathrooms have inadequate ventilation, and the bathroom ceilings grow horrible mildew fast. Even after repainting the mold grew back in just a few weeks. Overall, the place is definitely not worth the price. One can live much better for the price in New Orleans.
