Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
When I first moved to the Woodward four years ago it was a lovely place to live. However, after Katrina when everyone in the city was struggling they raised our from just a little over 800 a month to 1000 a month. They're explanation was due to lack of capacity but the building was almost completely full. After management changed hands just before the raise in rent, dog owner were made to feel unwanted. After living there for over three years the head management actually asked if I had gotten new dogs.
