Thank you for the reviews. I am returning resident and was actually going to go to Wind Run today to apply for an apartment. But after reading your reviews, I think I will pass. One thing that also confused me was in the application process you have to bring your own police report, but then they do a criminal background check as well. Seems a bit redundant! Thanks again for the reviews. You saved me time, money, and headaches apparently.
