good price but ghetto

They have one of the cheapest prices for a 2 bedroom and the apartment itself is nice layout. But I agree with all the posts that the staff is ghetto and un professional. It also seems that the time was not put in when the apartments were rebuilt after the storm, I have had numerous little things like lack of sealant, leaking pipes, finishing problems..all things that indicate that the job was rushed. They also have some ghetto people..my neighbors are terrible..they play loud music and fight and throw trash all over the parking lot. And for the most part the staff seems to be very inexperienced. I will be looking around when my lease is up, but I might stay depending on the prices I find elsewhere.
They did really rush the repairs. You can tell it was not quality workmanship, you can see all kinds of faults in the sheetrock, plumbing, doors..things don't line up and fall apart and leak. It was a rush job. The office staff does not know how to treat people. I only spoke with one person in the front office that was professional. And the residents, not to talk about people, but you can tell a lot don't have pride in themselves or in where they live because they throw trash all in the parking lot and the grass, leave trash by the dumpster intead of in it and such like that. You get what you pay for.
