Wind Run is THE WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in. The staff is very unprofessional. The girl Ashley is very rude and unprofessional. She always acting like she doesn't want to be at work. The rest of the office staff acts like they don't know anything. I have written a letter to the corporate office, and to no shock, it's ran the exact same way as Wind Run. No one ever returns phone calls. They lie and tell you that they will come and fix something and never show up. The only thing they check for is to see that rent is paid. Other than that, the women in the office serve no purpose. I often wonder what it is that they sit in there and pretend to do. They have had 3 different property managers since I've been living here. Wonder why' None of them change anything that the last one did or didn't do. I went from a 1 to a 2 bedroom apartment. They stole $100 of my deposit for "painting in a few places", as they called it. They moved me into a roach motel. I called the office twice to have someone spray for their roaches. I HATE THIS PLACE I HATE THIS PLACE I HATE THIS PLACE!!!! God as my witness I wanted a hurrricane to come so that I wouldn't have to live here anymore. That's how bad I hate it. The maintenance people don't know anything either. Oh and yes, the apartments were rushed and put back together. It is a crap shoot and a scam. Don't fall for the cheap rent unless you desparately have to. When driving pass Wind Run apartments, drive like wind! It's a hell hole!

I totally agree with you 100 % I also live back there and I cant stand it. I hate to walk in that apartment I only sleep there I promise you I am gone all the time and i have had to tell ashley and them dumb ------- in that office off so many times i am sick of it. they make me sick they all think they are more than what they are and no the less they all stay in the apartmnet complex where they work.
