Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
I have been living at Cypress Creek for about a year and a half and never had one problem. The grounds are kept up constantly and the pool always clear. It's very safe and I do not know of any problems with car theft. The walls are a little thin, but that's always the case with apartments. The staff is courteous and responsive.
