Better before Katrina

We've lived in the Creeks for three years and have generally enjoyed out time there. The apartments are fairly new, and the third floor apartment have nice cathedral ceilings. However, the neighborhood has changed a lot since the storm not for the better. There has been a stray dog roaming the area for six months and the Creeks did nothing to remove it until finally one of our neighbors adopted it. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
