I love living at Cypress Creek! There are many things that I could mention, but I would just like to highlight a few:
* Family Friendly Atmosphere - My family and I enjoy the amenities of having an inground pool in our complex, as well as tennis courts! While you don't see children just hanging outside, you will see families taking a walk with each other around the complex.
* Beautiful Landscaping - I don't believe that there is another apartment complex that takes such great care of its grounds! The landscape is beautiful - and at night it is breathtaking. I love to sit at the pool at night and just enjoy my surroundings!
* Cleanliness - Cypress Creek keeps the complex clean. Just earlier this week, the outside steps were pressure washed. Most mornings I see the maintenance staff outside cleaing up the leaves and any debris that is on the ground. It's nice to come home to a place where I'm not stepping on trash just to get in my apartment!
* Courteous Neighbors - My neighbors are the best! We watch out for each other. Most of us know each other by name!
* Pets are allowed! There is a nominal monthly fee, but I couldn't imagine not living where I couldn't have my pet! There is even a Pet-Friendly area where those of us with pets can take our animals - and it even provides sanitary bags so that we can clean up behind our pets!
* Excellent Leasing Staff - The staff at Cypress Creek are the best! No matter what my situation, they have always been helpful and courteous. Just as with my neighbors, I know them all on a first name basis. I have never met a staff that has been so kind and understanding!
* Safety - There are several State Troopers/Police that live in the complex - one lives right next to me. If for nothing else, I feel secure with him there. He has been very helpful on several occasions.
There are a few changes since Hurricane Katrina - the most notable being that we don't have the Complex Crawfish Boils anymore where all families could attend and play games. That is a small thing, but it was one of the things that I appreciated the most. Hopefully we will start having those again!
All in all, Cypress Creek is a wonderful place to live and I am glad that I am a tenant! I recommend Cypress Creek highly to anyone seeking a friendly, caring place to live!
