I've been living here since August and I really like it. As soon as I walked into the courtyard I knew this is where I wanted to stay. With all the hurricane damage, it's nice to see a place where the trees are still tall and the gardens still beautiful. Maintainence keeps the place tidy, it has a beautiful pool and fountains. Maintainence is also very good about fixing things. My A/C went out at 3 on a Friday afternoon and it was up and running again by 4:30. Place is quiet, no loud parties or music and the tenants are friendly and considerate. Good parking, you can always find a place close to your door, very few bugs and they spray right away if you see one. Staff is great. I also like the neighborhood and feel safe living there as a single female. I would highly recommend to anyone.
