I have been living at Cypress Creek since right before the hurricane - and I love it! There are so many things that makes Cypress appealing to students, but I would just like to list a few.
Quiet Living Space - As a student attending one of the local universities, I love that Cypress is quiet enough that I can study at home without being disturbed - whether at night, on the weekends, or anytime during the day, I have loads of peace and quiet.
Safe Area - There are many law enforcement officers that live in our complex. I always feel safe - no matter what time I get home. Many of the officers speak as they pass by, but I'm lucky enough to live next door to a State Trooper that always looks out for me and my family.
Great Location - Cypress Creek is a wonderland for a college student! It is located only blocks from one of the largest movie theatres in the area. And there are so many restaurants in the area ranging from steaks and sushi to chicken and seafood! But the best part about the location is that Cypress Creek is located on some of the highest ground in the area - so it doesn't flood hardly at all.
Spacious - I am into fitness, so I love that I can jog or ride my bike in an area that is fenced off from the main traffic street. The area is great to exercise. There is also a pool and tennis court that I can also use for excersizing! And I feel safe doing any of these things in my complex because there are others doing the same - not too many but still others.
Great Management - I love working with the management of Cypress Creek. They have always been very helpful and work hard to maintain our complex.
Clean Area - Last, but not least, the area is always clean! The maintenance crew make sure that there isn't any debris lying around. From cleaning the leaves that fall from the trees to washing the outside walkways, the area is always clean.
Oh, I forgot to mention how beautiful and scenic the area is! I love to have my friends come by just to enjoy how beautiful the area is - especially at night!
Cypress Creek is a great place to live and I am happy to be here!
