The buildings are cheaply made, which means the walls are thin, and you can hear everything! Not only that, but the bathtubs are made out of fiberglass, and they creak. You can not only hear everything one of your neighbors takes a bath or shower, but if you want to relax in the "garden" bathtub it will be practically impossible. They show off an apartment that does not resemble what you will actually probably get. Please be warned that you may get stuck with gray carpet and aquamarine counter tops if you get an odd number apartment. They did not tell me this when I was checking them out, and did not know until I showed up with my movers from out of state.

The management is not that great either. During hurricanes, if you leave town, they come in and remove everything from your fridge (and in my case, that included nonperishables and VALUABLE dishware). They did not replace it. They also fail to enforce lease policies property-wide (such as things left out on balcony and loud music).

The courtyard is pretty, but that's about it. Save your money, and find an apartment elsewhere. These aren't worth it.
