Overall, this is a great place to live...quiet, great location, nicely kept grounds and plenty of available parking. The maintanence staff addresses requests in a timely manner.

The only complaint I have is one of the ladies in the leasing office.......she is very rude. However, everyone else in the office is very nice and courteous.

I would recommend this apartment complex over the others b/c it has the floor plan of the newer Creeks (i.e. Magnolia and Citrus), but is priced at a more reasonable rate.
