I have had 2 leaks in my apartment in the last 4 weeks. They have fixed both of them. However, the water damage was not totally fixed, as they missed large wet areas. A week or so later, I had black mold growing on some walls and they had to come back. I lost alot of stuff to this, and they wont replace it...

The manager is very unhelpful. Corporate gives her no power to help anyone, so it is not her fault. But at least she is unfriendly when approcahed.

I agree, for some reason firstlake hires rude, unresponsive, and down right nasty people, what is even more sad is that the cute little telephone girls are nicer than the manager. firstlake properties are a joke. they make money hand over fist without having to put any money back into the property. so sad. but people like that always get whats coming to them, Karma is a b*&^%!!
