Overall I would recommend Magnolia Creek to people. Unfortunately I had to move out (job relocated after the storm.) But overall the apartments were very cozy and very quiet. The staff is excellent! When you report a problem, it is taken care of right away. Since the hurricane, parking was a nightmare at times. In addition, several of my neighbors, myself included, have had our cars hit in the parking lot. The same person/persons continues to hit cars randomly (we cannot figure out who is doing this). Some of our neighbors are complete slobs throwing trash everywhere but the apartment staff is excellent about cleaning it up right away. I have noticed a lot of people from the lower class move in after the storm. If this doesn't bother you, I recommend it!
