POSITIVE: GREAT MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE. COZY, SPACIOUS APARTMENTS.

NEGATIVE: SCARY AS HELL GHETTO FOLKS WHO HAVE BEEN MOVING IN LATELY WHO ARE ATTRACTING CRIME TO THE CREEKS APARTMENTS. RIVER RIDGE IS REALLY GOING DOWN HILL.

Trust me, it doesn't just begin with the new tenants. I lived at the Creeks for nearly a decade before moving out. Just wait until you try to get your deposit back. Ask anyone in maintenance, they will tell you that the Creeks doesn't give them back. And it's true. Horrible experience living there.

I agree with the tenants and atmosphere since the Hurricane as brought in characters & association due to FEMA footing their bills. This place used to be really safe, but now its just like the rest of the city.
