For the most part, these were ok. There has always been somewhat of a problem with parking, but it got WAY worse after Katrina. The staff was nice, the new manager is not as nice as the old one. Maintenance is OK. The maintenance man is really good, however there is only so much he can do, and we REALLY needed a new roof. It leaked even before Katrina. The complex tried all sort of quick fixes, but we really needed a new roof. The grounds are clean and for as many people that live in there now, it is relatively quiet.
