I recently lived on the bottom floor in Oak Creek apartments for a year and 1/2. The first week I moved there the electricity was out and I was not able to get emergency maintenance out to my apartment for half a day.

The walls were so thin, you could hear your neighbors, especially above you, do just about everything including but not limited to using the restroom, moving around in the bed, talking, music, TV and taking a shower.

Even better was when we got a heavy rain, I came home from work and my entire living room carpet was soaked. It took them almost two months to figure out that it was a roof leak from the 3rd floor. The water was leaking down and soaking my carpet (this happened several times) and left some nasty stains on my walls. Their solution was to steam clean the carpets and replace the foam underneath. Needless to say, I was disappointed. The carpet was near ruin anyway. The musty smell in my apartment never went away.

Even when it rains just a little, the corridors to the aparments and park area where people walk their dogs is a total swamp. Also, if you don't get home by 5PM, you can forget about parking in front of your building.

In my opinion, the rent is way to high for the quality of the apartments. The whole complex is run down. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This complex is the second worst place I have ever lived. The first worst complex is in another city. It had a huge rat infestation and they also cut off the gas to our stoves for six months. That one wins anytime for worst place to live.
