I have lived in palmetto creek for 10 months and it has been wonderful. I am a young girl and security is a big issue for me. I feel completely safe coming home and walking around at night. The entire place is gated and well lighted. The rent is expensive but you get what you pay for. The management fixes things quickly and maintenance is always on the grounds mowing and attending to the beautiful landscaping. The pool area is also wonderful and I spend a good amount of time there. Also a nice thing is that the complex next door (Citrus creek) shares its facilities so there are actuallt 5 pools, a gym, and running track. The place was spotless when i moved in and had a working alarm. They do need a little more parking though but other than that it's great. Oh and last of all just this week (and they do it periodically) they have been repainting the walkways and powerwashing the complexes just to make it look even more beautiful!
