I have lived here for years actually since it was built! The floor plans are great, very spacious and I love how the master connects to the bath. Closet space is wonderful and the sunroom (bonus room) makes a great additional to my seating off the living room area.
The grounds are always well manicured, pool is clean and due to price point you have mostly professional level people living around you never any noise.
The area is a full of shopping, restaurants and I can even walk to Starbucks! Across the street, a few blocks down is a giant AMC Theatre the location is second to none in the New Orleans area!
I highly recommend Palmetto Creek worth a look!
