I've been living in Palmetto Creek for over 5 years. It's been a really good experience from day one. The management team has always been friendly and accomodating. Any issues that do occur with my apartment, have always been fixed within a day. The tenants have been very friendly and i haven't had any issues with unecessary noise. The apartment itself, is nice and spacious including very great closet space. The area, surrounding Palmetto Creek, makes it even more a wonderful experience.
