We were first attracted to Palmetto Creek Apartments. By its excellent location adjacent- K Mart, Home Depot, Elmwood Fitness Center and numerous other stores. The apartments are architectally attractive and efficent with 9 foot ceilings, wide wood molding and a real fireplace and mantel. The rooms are spacious and attractive and have ample closet and storage space. Insulation provides privacy, quiet and reasonable utility costs. The creeks, fountains, gazebos, pool, and the fitness center all of which are well maintained and attractive. The office and maintenance staff are diligent and readilly available. Everything is diligently maintained. We enjoy living here and enthusiastically reccomend Palmetto Creek
