Worst apartment experience of my life! Deplorable, inexcusable conditions. Management company completely non-responsive, unless you take off work and storm into their office. With a little luck your tirade will be in front of a prospective tenant - who hopefully will get a clue, before they make a terrible mistake.
NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR BUGS - THEY ARE INCLUDED! Even a report of water damage doesn't warrant a visit from the maintenance group.
Walls are thin - paper thin - and so plan to enjoy anything that is going on at your neighbor's place or plan to be gone a lot!
