Upon arrival to inspect the property the assistant manager that greeted us was much more friendly than a few other complexes around Metarie. Although the apartments I was looking at before were very nice and much more affordable I figured the cost of having a property with good management was much more important the the cheaper competitor. Since then, no problems with noise, maintenance fixes things quickly- like when my AC went out...And they are great about giving information about the area. And they throw a lot of parties. It's just expensive and that's a bummer.

??? huh? This was back in 03... maybe the management changed because the manager they have in there now could give a flying crap about anyone but herself. ..... And what is this about parties?? never heard of them ever throwing parties.
