Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
kitchen and bath fixtures were rusted and dated. air conditioning/heating problems continued. Noisy neighbors! Walls are very thin. Cheap quality materials. Everything in my apartment was old and cheap. New carpet and new refrigerator. Liked the washer and dryer. Dryer hose was too short. Shall I continue' You will never get your full deposit back.
