Could be worse - The apartments are nice looking on the outside and inside, but really it's rather cheap construction and materials. The lease agreement made me laugh at times with some of the rules. You're not supposed to do laundry or run your dishwasher at night. Really? They charge everyone $30 for water. Who are these Negative Posters? - I've lived here now for 6 months and this place is great!? Honestly I havent had a better experience in moving in and maintenance requests that an Southfield.
