Good for the price we pay - We've been living here for about 2 years and I haven't had any big problems yet. The maintenance is awesome, whenever I call he is there! One thing I dislike is when people slam their doors it shakes the apartment a little and another is the insulation-you can hear your tenant next door sometimes.
