I lived here for a year and never had any problems. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. Maintance would always come and fix problems that day or the next morning. The only thing i didn't like is it was such a long drive to school and work. Other than that is was a nice quiet place to live. There was also a place to go walking or running up the road that I miss. It was a mile around and lots of people in the evenings so it made you feel very safe.
