I currently live at the Aspen apartments. I love the landscape, and the office staff is nice. There are a few negatives to this complex. I would strongly suggest that you see the actual unit you will be moving into. The downstairs units are much nicer than the upstairs ones. My friend also lived here and their apartment was much nicer than mine (theirs was downstairs). My apartment, on the other hand, has all carpet (no linoleum), cracks on the ceiling and walls. The maintenance staff is very nice, but getting them to actually come and fix things can be a problem. I usually have to call the office at least three times when something breaks. During summer out of the four pools on site only one is usually open at a time (that can sometimes pose a problem when you have to walk all over the complex to go swimming). I hate to complain so much because I am actually a passive person, but sometimes enough is enough. Other than that the apartments are spacious and the area is great!
