My husband and I have been at Brandywine for 4 months now (we signed a year lease). These apartments are nothing special, but a great price! $535 including water for a 1 bedroom with ample storage space. Great location too. We've never had any problems w/ loud music or noisey neighbors. The electricity usually runs anywhere from $25-$70 per month (we're upstairs). You can check out movies at the sister apartment "Timber Ridge" for free and they have current movies. Also you can use their tennis courts, but no workout facility here:( We have not had any problems with bugs, yet! We have enjoyed living here thus far and hope our good experience continues. The only complaint would be that the office is only open from 8-12 M-F. So its hard to get someone on the phone sometimes, but not a major issue. Also, the cabinets are ugly. They need to be replaced with something up to date. Hope this review helps ya.
