I have been at Brandywine in a one bedroom for 9 months and am finally able to leave since my lease just expired. Shelly Lawson, who works in the office, had my truck towed away without even bothering to warn me beacuse it was parked too close to the dumpster which is placed smack in the middle of the parking lot. When i moved in i was required to fill out the form with my vehicles make model color and plate number as well as my cell number incase there was ever a problem. When i reminded ms Lawson of this she said that it would have been "too much trouble" to have looked it up and therefore cost me $80 to get my truck back and missed one day of work. Apparently she thinks her job is too much trouble. ALSO, my garbage disposal has been broken for 5 months despite telling the management about it. After all this, they have the Nerve to bump the rent up. Im fed up with this place and the management who couldnt care Less about their Paying customers. I even called Sealy Properties, who have since sold out to another company, to tell them just what kind of people they have working for them, only to find the same attitude. Rude and Arrogant. dont do business with these people. go to raintree or millicent crossing if your in this price range,,, they are FAR better maintained and theres noway theyre staff could be worse than Branywine's.

ROBERT BRYANT... or better known as Bobby Bryant.. if you would had parked beside the dumpster in the parking spaces provided, & not in the NO PARKING zone, you may not have been towed ! It's not that I was "too lazy" to look through all the resident files to find out whose cadillac was in the NO PARKING zone, because I was WELL aware that it was yours! You should have parked in a parking zone, instead of being "too lazy" to walk! MWAHH !! Shelly Lawson....not afraid to leave my name !!

Dear Shelly, I was sad to hear the way you commented back to this tenant. I find it highly unprofessional regarless of who was lazy or not and because of your comment I will not be coming to look at the property unless you have decided to move to another rental property. What happen to the days that the customer was always right? I work in Real Estate renting property to people and I never would have responded in this manner even if he was wrong. Thank you sir for letting Brandywine show their management skills!
