I lived in canterbury for about a year, and I never had a problem with it. Maintenace was always on time with any issues I had. The apartments are quiet. The only issues that I had was the parking lot, it was so ragged potholes everywhere. And when they were bought out they brought in a bunch of -------- and started painting the apts a real horrible color then stopped and left paint sploshed everywhere. Other than that friendly staff, big roomy apartments, nice complex!
