If you see reviews for Stone Canyon, it's the exact same place. New owners, same management. Different exterior paint, however.

Lived 9 months, then had to break lease. It was a blessing in disguise. Average electric bill was about $90 for a two bedroom. Installed a washing machine, maintenance checked it out and said it was installed correctly. The next night the hose burst and flooded my apartment and the one billow us. Would NOT wake up to the emergency maintenance line for over half an hour.

My room mate, the most laid back person I've ever met, was jumped one night. For wearing a red t-shirt. Management was not concerned.

Every friend that came over more than once experienced a flat tire.

Dumpster emptying policy was apparently to wait until there was trash being thrown on top of the closed dumpster. The only time this was not true was Easter weekend, someone drove into the complex with a charcoal grill, dumped the charcoal, and left. Within twenty minutes the flames were 10ft higher.

After I moved out, I expected a return on my key deposit ($15 a key), but didn't receive it for half a year because they mailed the check to themselves.

Would not recommend to anyone, especially with rent going up by over $100 a year.
